Neil has over 30 years’ experience in M&E and Facilities Management. He has had various roles, with positions within both installation and maintenance. He holds numerous trade qualifications. His roles have varied from onsite engineering & Management through to Director level. Customer driven to ensure long and successful partnerships with his clients.
Louisa WilliamsCompany Secretary/HR Director
Louisa’s initial career was in Early Years Education. Following her Degree, Louisa worked as a PA to the Director of a Nursery chain, before going onto manage them, learning all aspects of running this business. She has worked freelance for a Maintenance Company and a Fire & Security Specialist Company, working on setting up of systems and Accreditations. She brings a wealth of knowledge of providing expertise in policies, systems and a very keen eye on Health and Safety.
Pippa DimsdaleAssociate Director
Pippa commenced her career in the building services industry on completion of her full time studies. She has held various roles from administration, co-ordinator, Bid Management through to Contract Management. With over 10 years’ experience, Pippa is able to manage contracts from mobilisation through to ongoing operation.
